What is an agent, exactly?+
A workflow engine for editorial teams and creative agencies. Each agent is a refined automation template with integrated reasoning — it monitors project channels, synthesizes client briefs, generates strategic copy, and routes deliverables across your stack (Slack, email, CMS, project tools). Packaged as portable n8n JSON, each imports in seconds and connects to your own API keys.
How do I import a workflow into n8n?+
Fetch the JSON from your Blueprint library, open n8n, select "Import from file" in the workflow editor, paste the JSON, and confirm. n8n auto-scaffolds the entire graph. Then connect credentials — click each placeholder node for HubSpot, OpenAI, Slack, email — and test the flow end-to-end. One activation and your workflow handles the next trigger.
Which versions of n8n are supported?+
We build for n8n v1.0+. Check your instance version first; if you're on an earlier build, upgrade (straightforward in both cloud and self-hosted). Every workflow uses only stable community nodes — none require specialized tooling. The workflow description lists any dependencies upfront.
Which models do these agents run on?+
Point the LLM node at your own reasoning engine. We default to OpenAI; swap to Claude, Anthropic, Gemini, or any API-compatible model in the node settings. You manage the API key, the spend, and the inference — no third-party processing.
Are my credentials and data secure?+
All credentials stay inside your n8n instance. Nothing — no workflows, no drafts, no client data — transits through WorkflowHub infrastructure. Self-hosted runs keep data on your servers; cloud deployments enjoy n8n's encryption in transit and at rest. You retain full administrative control.
Can I modify a workflow after importing?+
Yes — fully. Every workflow is a living n8n graph. Rewire the logic, refine prompt engineering, inject new upstream triggers, add error handlers, branch on conditions — treat it as your blueprint, not a closed system. The JSON structure is transparent and standard.
How does payment work?+
Card, Apple Pay, and select crypto options through our Level 1 PCI-certified processor. Card data travels encrypted directly to the payment handler; we never see it. Access unlocks immediately upon cleared transaction.
Does a Library Pass auto-renew?+
No. Each Pass is a finite purchase for the window you specify. The license expires on the chosen date — no recurring charges, no cancellations needed, no fine print.
What if an agent does not work for me?+
We honor a 30-day satisfaction window. Qualified purchases (individual agents and Library Passes) are refunded via your original payment method, no questions asked.
Do you offer setup or support?+
Every workflow carries step-by-step setup documentation and credential requirements. For bespoke integration, team onboarding, or workflow customization, contact support@workflowhub.com. We advise on tool selection and can build tailored variants.
Can I use the agents commercially?+
Yes. Each purchase grants a commercial license for that workflow — deploy in client projects, embed in products, license to collaborators. No per-seat limits.
How often are new agents released?+
We release new templates and refinements on a predictable cadence, with a public changelog tracking every iteration. Buy once and receive all updates to that workflow as the craft improves.
